1. Sponsor

The giveaway is sponsored by Mystery Box Marketplace ("Sponsor"). Questions about the giveaway: info@mysteryboxmarketplace.net.

The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Tally, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware who are 18 or older when they enter. Anyone may join the email list, but only eligible people can win.

Not eligible: the Sponsor's owners and employees, owners and employees of any shop that supplies items for the prize, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of any of them.

3. Giveaway period

The giveaway starts at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Monday, October 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, November 2, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period do not count, except early signups (section 4). The Sponsor's clock is the official clock.

4. How to enter

Online entry (1 entry). Go to mysteryboxmarketplace.net, click "Join the list" and submit the signup form with your name and email address.

Free alternate entry (1 entry). Send an email to info@mysteryboxmarketplace.net with the subject "Giveaway Entry" and your full name, email address and state of residence. You do not have to join the list to enter this way. An email entry counts the same as an online entry.

Early signups (1 entry). Anyone who joined the list at mysteryboxmarketplace.net before October 6, 2026 is entered automatically with 1 entry and does not need to join again.

Referral bonus entries. You get 1 extra entry for each friend who, by the end of the Giveaway Period:

1. joins the list (online, or by the free email method), and
2. names you in the "Who referred you?" field (or, for email entries, in the body of the email) using the name or email address you entered with.

Rules for referrals:

• You can earn at most 10 referral entries, for a maximum of 11 entries in total.
• Each friend can name only one referrer. If a friend names more than one person, only the first name counts.
• The friend must be a real, separate person with their own email address. A friend does not have to be eligible to win for the referral to count, but you must be eligible.
• Referring yourself does not count.

Limits. One base entry per person and per email address, however you enter. Duplicate signups count once. Entries made with fake or multiple email addresses, scripts, bots or other automated means are void, and the Sponsor may disqualify anyone it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process. The Sponsor's records decide the number of valid entries.

5. Prize

One (1) winner gets one mystery box of items that the Sponsor buys from local Philadelphia shops. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the items is $100. Shipping to the winner's address in PA, NJ or DE is included.

• The Sponsor chooses the items. Sized items will be in the winner's size, which the Sponsor will ask for when it notifies the winner.
• The winner will see every item before the box ships. The marketplace's planned trade-back option does not apply to the prize: prize items cannot be traded back for store credit.
• The actual value of the items may differ somewhat from the ARV. Any difference will not be paid out.
• No cash alternative. The prize cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash. The Sponsor may substitute items of equal or greater value if an item becomes unavailable.
• The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

6. Winner selection, odds and notification

Drawing. On or about Wednesday, November 4, 2026, the Sponsor will pick the winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Each entry (base and referral) is one chance in the drawing.

Odds. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Notification. The Sponsor will email the potential winner at the address used to enter within 3 days after the drawing. The potential winner must reply within 7 days to confirm eligibility, size details and a shipping address. The Sponsor may ask the winner to sign a declaration of eligibility and, where legal, a publicity release.

Alternate winner. If the potential winner does not reply in time, is found ineligible, or the notice is returned undeliverable, that person forfeits the prize and the Sponsor will draw an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor will draw up to two alternates.

Delivery. The Sponsor expects to ship the prize within 30 days after the winner confirms.

7. Publicity

Where allowed by law, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use the winner's first name, last initial and city or state to announce the winner on its website, email list and social media, without further pay. The Sponsor will not publish the winner's email or street address.

8. Privacy

The Sponsor collects names, email addresses and the other details entrants provide to run the giveaway. The Sponsor will use entrants' email addresses only to run the giveaway and to send news about Mystery Box Marketplace and its drops. The Sponsor will not sell or rent entrants' information. Anyone can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email or by writing to info@mysteryboxmarketplace.net. The signup form is hosted by Tally, which processes the data for the Sponsor.

9. General conditions

• By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all giveaway matters.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or emails, or for technical failures of the website, the signup form or email.
• If fraud, a technical problem or anything else outside the Sponsor's control harms the fairness of the giveaway, the Sponsor may cancel or change it and, where allowed, pick the winner from eligible entries received before the problem.
• By accepting the prize, the winner releases the Sponsor and the shops that supplied items from liability for any loss or injury from the prize or the giveaway, to the extent allowed by law.
• The giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

10. Winner's name

To get the winner's first name and last initial, email info@mysteryboxmarketplace.net with the subject "Giveaway Winner" by December 31, 2026.
